DUI Penalties

- Other Penalties: community service, DUI school, alcohol treatment program, ignition interlock device, increased insurance costs, reinstatement fees
4th DUI Conviction:
- Jail time: one to five years
- Probation
- Fines: Up to $5,000
- Driver’s License Suspension: up to five years
- Other Penalties: community service, DUI school, alcohol treatment program, ignition interlock device, increased insurance costs, reinstatement fees; vehicle may be confiscated
Other DUI Penalties:
In addition to these penalties, DUI offenders will also be included in the National Driver’s License Registry and receive a mark on their permanent criminal record.
