    • Mandatory minimum jail time of 15 days
    • 120 days to 12 months imprisonment
    • $1000 to $5000 fine
    • 240 hours minimum community service
    • Risk Reduction / DUI School
    • Mandatory alcohol evaluation and/or treatment
    • 5 year driver’s license suspension (Habitual Violator)
    • Probation for 12 months, less any jail time served
  • Fourth DUI Offense:
    • Felony charge
    • Mandatory minimum imprisonment for 90 days
    • 1 to 5 year state prison sentence
    • Probation for 5 years, less any prison time served
    • Same additional penalties as for a 3rd DUI conviction
